The accomplishments and failures compose our personalities and give meaning to our lives. Today, I would like to share my personal account of failure and the path it paved for my success.
It was in the year 2006 that I was trying to crack one of the competitive exams. I gave in my everything; blood, sweat, and tears. Despite my sincere efforts, I failed to achieve the desired results. My family and friends started questioning my potential and abilities, which affected my self-confidence. I had completely lost faith in myself when one day, my father called me and managed to break through to me. He said that "Failures do not mean the end of the world. Stand back up and discover what your true interest lies in. Success is nothing but finding what you are passionate about and working towards it!" And I did exactly what my father asked me to. I mustered the courage to deflect all the negative thoughts and tried to focus on finding one thing that I felt most passionate about. I soon discovered that business was my field of interest. My father guided me and supported me every step of the way, and today, I am a successful businessman!
